This is the view of the lot from the road. It has about 10 mature pine trees. ( Probably 75 to 100 years old) There are another 10 trees that are young maybe 5 -6 years old.

This is the view from about the middle of the lot looking south. A nice small grove on pines on level ground in a grassy area.

This is the view from the back corner of the lot looking East.
Any Whitaker kids that are interested in weighing in on the purchase can post a comment. I'll keep the post up for a week or so and then delete it.

It looks gorgeous! Dibs! (Pending Cori finding a career that could take us back to the Carson Valley, of course. Oh, and I will probably have to be pregnant again before any big change or move will manifest itself. But other than that, dibs!)
In anycase, it sounds like a great purchase for WFIC. Thumbs up from me and Cori.
I like it. Are the neighboring lots developed? What is the Eagle Ridge Developement like?
You have good judgment dad.
There are 54 lots in the development Maybe 4 are developed. There is a beautiful home next to this lot. It is maybe 3/4 of a mile from Mormon Station.
